Absolutely. We act as a single point of contact, managing property-related matters while also handling lifestyle and concierge requests with efficiency and discretion.
6. Do unused hours from a monthly service package carry over to the following month?
No. Unused hours do not carry over to the following month. Since most contracts automatically renew at the end of each contracted period (3, 6, or 12 months), service plans can be reviewed—at the client’s request—only at the end of each contracted period. This allows us to adjust them as needed and ensure they remain fully aligned with your requirements.
7. How do I get started?
Simply contact us via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram to schedule an initial introduction. We will then tailor our services to your specific requirements. We work under a Service Agreement with confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses, setting up minimum hourly packages: 15 to 50 hours per month. Naturally, 12-month contracts have lower hourly rates than 6 or 3-month contracts.
